DDC chiefs demand expansion of COVID-19 test in Province One

BIRATNAGAR: The district coordination committee chiefs of Province One has proposed the expansion of the COVID-19 tests.

In a video conference with Social Development Minister at the State Jeevan Ghimire, the DDC chiefs opined for extending the scope of testing bid to be more confident about the spread of the coronavirus in the province.

They even urged Minister Ghimire to manage the RDT tests to those who stayed for 14 days in quarantines. A large number of people are indifferent quarantines in Province One.

Responding to the queries of DDC chiefs, Minister Ghimire informed that 360 COVID-19 test kits were sent to each district to continue test across the State.
