PM Cup: Bagmati sets 154-run target for Gandaki



DANG: Bagmati Pradesh has  set a 154-run target for Gandaki Pradesh in a match of the Prime Minister Cup Women’s National Cricket Tournament underway at Deukhuri Cricket Stadium in Dang district.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Bagmati notched up 153 runs losing four wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

Bagmati’s opener Binda Katwal top-scored with 38 runs studded with three fours followed by all-rounder Suman Khatiwada with 31 runs. Similarly,  Arati Bidari contributed 10 runs in six balls.

In reply, Gandaki’s Alisa Lamichhane took six wickets giving away 26 runs.
