Seven more succumb to coronavirus in Nepal; death toll hits 1,847



KATHMANDU: As many as seven COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,847 as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the country recorded a total of 511 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,60,059 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 6,300 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 600 infected people got recovery from the virus infection. So far, 2,51,912 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, 7 persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 1847.
