SC hearing on writ against cabinet reformation postponed



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC)’s hearing on the writ petition filed against the cabinet reformation has been postponed.

A single bench of Justice Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada was scheduled to hear the writ petition filed against the cabinet reformation today.

Senor advocates Dinesh Tripathi and Lokendra Oli had filed the case against the cabinet reformation arguing that the Oli-led caretaker government cannot reform the cabinet.
