Chinese Vice Minister Guo returns home wrapping up Nepal visit



KATHMANDU:  Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Guo Yezhou has returned home wrapping up his four-day Nepal visit.

The four-member delegation led by Vice Minister Guo who arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday held meetings with President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

It paid visits to chairmen of Prachanda-Nepal faction Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda and Madhav Kumar Nepal on Monday.

During the four-day visit to Nepal, it also met with former Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Speaker Agni Sapkota.

Similarly, visiting Chinese Vice Minister also paid a courtesy call on Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba at the latter’s residence in Budhanilkantha on Tuesday.
