NEPSE sees double-digit rise; transaction almost Rs nine billion

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) indicator witnessed a double-digit growth today as well.

According to NEPSE sources, the share transaction amount reached nine billion rupees with the NEPSE indicator up by around 29 points.

NEPSE which witnessed an increment by 75 points on Sunday has risen to 1997.05 today. Likewise, the sensitive indicator measuring share transaction of big companies has increased to 385.56 with a rise by 1.63 points today.

Total 25.19 million unit shares of 198 companies worth amounting to over Rs 8.86 billion were traded today.
