29 more succumb to COVID-19, Nepal’s death toll reaches 1,508

KATHMANDU: A total of 29 COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 1,508 as of Monday afternoon.

Meanwhile, 1,474 people have been diagnosed coronavirus positive in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, Nepal’s COVID-19 tally has reached 233,452 with fresh cases as of Monday afternoon.

A total of 1,931 individuals got discharged from the hospitals in the past 24 hours while the number of people winning the battle against the virus reached 214,521in the country.

Nepal currently has 17,423 active cases.

Likewise, 535 people are in quarantine facilities across the country at present.
