Pawan Ghimire reelected as Treasurer of World Blind Cricket Council



KATHMANDU: President of Nepal Blind Cricket Association Pawan Ghimire has been reelected as the Treasurer of World Blind Cricket Council (WBCC).

The 22nd General Assembly held virtually on Sunday appointed Ghimire to the post of Treasure for the second time.

He had been elected to the post in 2018 through a general meeting held in Kathmandu. Similarly, Pakistan’s Syed Sultan Shah has been elected as the president of the WBCC unopposed.

Also the elected include Bhavani Prasad of West Indies as the Vice President (I), Rajanish Henry of India Vice President (II) and Ramon Moxly of Australia as General Secretary of the Council.

The newly elected executive committee will take charge for the next two years.
