SCB to distribute 11.84 percent dividend



KATHMANDU: Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), a banking and financial services company in Nepal, has announced to distribute dividends to its investors.

A meeting of the executive committee of the SCB held on October 19 took a decision to this effect.

The 11.84 percent dividend (including 7 percent bonus shares and 4.84 percent for tax purpose) will be distributed, said the SCB.

The distribution of the proposed dividends will come into effect following the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and an upcoming general meeting of the SCB.
