India’s COVID-19 deaths cross 121,000 mark

KATHMANDU: India recorded 49,281 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 8,088,046.

Currently, 595,017 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 7,371,898 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 121,000-mark.

With 568 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 121,131, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
