Home Ministry prohibits entry to Kathmandu Valley at night



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Home Affairs has turned severe against the entry to Kathmandu Valley prohibiting entry at night with effect from Thursday.

After finding the alarming number of COVID-19 cases amid the people entering to Kathmandu from outside, the Ministry issued an order prohibiting the entry from 7 pm to 7 am.

No vehicular and other entries shall be permitted from today evening.

Similarly, the Ministry has directed the District Administration Offices not to issue an inter-district pass for the people except for emergencies.

After the directives, all inter-district movement will be restricted throughout the country.
