Earth mound buries 18-year-old in Kailali



KATHMANDU: An 18-year-old person died after being buried by a mound of earth  this morning.

The District Police Office, Kailali, has identified the deceased as Bhuwan Bohara of Udasi from Gauriganga Municipality-8.

The mound of earth caved-in burying Bohara as he was collecting clay to daub the house. Bohara breathed his last amidst the treatment at Seti State Hospital, Dhangadhi, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Daksha Kumar Basnet.

Another 40-year-old Durga Manni of the same locality has been injured in the incident. She is receiving treatment at the State Hospital.
