222 police officials of Kalimati Police Circle test negative



KATHMANDU: The Coronavirus test results of 222 police officials working at Metropolitan Police Circle, Kalimati have come out negative.

The swabs of 231 policemen who came into contact with two infected police officials had been collected.

According to SSP Shyam Lal Gyawali of Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, 222 out of 231 police officials tested negative for the coronavirus and the test results of nine are yet to come out.

Metropolitan Police Circle, Kalimati had been sealed off after coronavirus infections were found in two police officials working at the Circle.

Meanwhile, two police officials diagnosed with the novel virus have recovered.
