Death toll in UK reaches 21, 678 after 586 die in 24 hrs



KATHMANDU: The United Kingdom (UK) has reported 21, 678 deaths after 586 died in the lasts 24 hours as of Wednesday morning.

According to Worldometer,  the number of infection cases has surged to 161, 145 after 3, 996 new cases were reported.

Currently, 139, 123 people are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 1, 559 are critical.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 210 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 217,813 and infecting 3,136,508 people as of Wednesday morning.
