Dr Koirala urges health workers to be strong at heart



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress General Secretary Dr Shashank Koirala has urged doctors and health workers working in the frontline in the country to render their services with strong willpower to defeat the coronavirus crisis.

Issuing a statement on Sunday, Dr Koirala has urged doctors to work with a humane heart as it would prove significant to overcome the crisis.

He has also asked the government to ensure protective personal equipment (PPE) and other necessary equipment to the doctors on time and arrange test facilities in all provinces at the earliest.

Dr Koirala has also demanded that the government carried out test of the family members, neighbors and close friends of the infected persons.
