DHANGADHI: After seeing the hike of coronavirus transmission, two local levels of Sudurpaschim province have been sealed in Sudurpaschim Province.
According to Province Health Directorate sources, Bannigadhi Jayagadh Rural Municipality of Achham and Melauli Municipality of Baitadi districts have been sealed citing the rise in the coronavirus pandemic cases.
Similarly, after finding a coronavirus pandemic infection in Gauriganga Municipality, the Municipality office has been shut down for 1 week.
According to Shailesh Raj Dhungana, the Chief Administrative Officer of Bannigadh Jayagadh Rural Municipality, after witnessing a COVID-19 death case with severe transmission syndromes of the pandemic, the local body has decided to seal it for 1 week.
Similarly, after finding the unexpected rise in coronavirus cases in the municipality, Melauli Municipality of Baitadi has been sealed till midnight on October 3.
The Municipality saw coronavirus cases in three municipality staffers and one returnee from India.
