Traffic resumes on Beni-Baglung road

BENI: The Beni-Baglung road that was obstructed for the past three months has come into re-operation.

The road traffic has resumed following the removal of landslide debris from different sections of the road, according to the Road Division Office.

Landslides had occurred at lower Bandre, Dhodeni rivulet and Raniban of Ratnechaur along the section of the road obstructing the traffic since June.

Vehicular movement had come to a complete halt due to the landslides.

Beni municipality-1 ward Chair Tek Bahadur Rawal said the disrupted road was brought into operation after clearing off the landslide debris with the mobilization of man and machine.
