President Bhandari authenticates five bills



KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has authenticated five bills passed by both the houses of the federal parliament on Monday in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution.

The bills include the bill made to make arrangements for spending and appropriating some amount from the Federal Reserve Fund for the services and works of the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the bill made to implement the proposal related to the finance of the Government of Nepal, the bill made to provide the right to raise the national debt, the bill to amend the Loans and Guarantees Act, 2025 BS and the bill to replace the previous provisions of the Nepal Act, 2077 BS.
