NA court decides to take action on ex-Director General of Army Aviation



KATHMANDU: The Summary General Military Court has decided to take military action against former Director General of Army Aviation Major General Sudhir Shrestha.

A military court has ruled that Rs 5.89 million that Shrestha embezzled to be recovered.

The court has decided to aware eight army officers including Shrestha for misappropriation of property and breach of discipline and conduct while serving and acquitted 10 others including one officer.
