CIAA raids Bharatpur Corona Hospital



CHITWAN: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has raided the Bharatpur-based Corona Special Hospital on Tuesday.

A team of the anti-graft body from its regional office in Hetauda seized different documents during the raid that was carried after employees of the hospital were alleged of stealing medical supplies.

CCTV footage of the employees allegedly stealing medical supplies including masks and sanitizers was made public.

Bagmati Province had provided Rs 10 million for the operation of the hospital.
