37 kept in self-quarantine in Gorkha

GORKHA: As many as 37 persons recently returned home from abroad have been kept in self-quarantine at Shahid Lakhan rural municipality.

The municipality Chair Ramesh Babu Thapa shared that each ward office has kept a record of new entrants to the village and urged them to stay in self-quarantine.

He added that most of the persons staying in quarantine had arrived 20 days ago but they were made alert to avert possible infection of the deadly coronavirus.

Thapa shared that most of the new entrants are the migrant workers from India, Malaysia, Saudi, Arab and France.
