KATHMANDU: Striking tanker drivers have forged an agreement to resume transportation of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF).

An agreement to that end was reached between Nepal Petroleum Transporters Association, Independent Transport Workers Association of Nepal and ATF Transportation Unit under the observation of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC).

With the agreement, the transportation of ATF that was stalled since Saturday has resumed.

As per the agreement, a technical team of NOC will inspect and facilitate loading at Raxaul depot, calculate the loss occurred during loading and unloading due to temperature change and form a committee to address the grievance of tanker drivers.
