Chinese Vice Minister Guo pays courtesy call on Prachanda



KATHMANDU:  Visiting Vice Minister of the International Department of Communist Party of China Guo Yezhou has held talks with Nepal Communist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda on Monday morning.

The Chinese delegation led by Vice Minister Guo has reached Khumaltar to hold a meeting with Prachanda. Guo and Prachanda dwelled on the NCP party split, dissolution of House of Representatives and other contemporary issues, it is leant.

The four-member delegation, which arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday, has held talks with President Bidya Devi Bhandari and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli separately.

According to a source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice Minister Guo is also visiting another chairman of Prachanda-Nepal faction Madhav Kumar Nepal today.
