Purchase ticket only after obtaining labor permit: Foreign Employment Office



KATHMANDU: The Foreign Employment Kathmandu Office, Tahachal, has urged the service recipients to purchase a ticket only after obtaining a labor permit.

It has been mentioned that the office will not be held accountable if the work is not approved as the pressure of the service recipients is increasing.

There is a provision of compulsory labor permits when going for foreign employment. There is a provision that if one’s labor permit expires, it should be renewed 91 days before the flight day.

The office stated that it has been providing services in coordination with the Department of Foreign Employment so that the flight of the service recipient will not be missed.
