India Cricket: Australia 2020 tour to begin from Nov 27



NEW DELHI: Cricket Australia has confirmed the date for India’s upcoming tour Down Under next month.

Indian media reports said Team India will play a series of 3 ODIs, 3 T20Is and 4 Tests from November 27 to January 19 next year.

The Indian team will arrive in Sydney on November 12, and will undergo a mandatory quarantine in Sydney prior to the first match of the tour, media reports said.

The two-month long tour will begin with the 1st and 2nd ODI in Sydney on November 27 and 29. The team will then move to Canberra for the final match on December 2 at the Manuka Oval.

After the game, the teams will come back to Sydney for the final two T20Is on December 6 and 8.

The second Test will move at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in the traditional Boxing Day slot on December 26, with the third test at the SCG from January 7.

The fourth Test will start at the Gabba in Brisbane from January 15.
