KATHMANDU: India recorded 82,767 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 6,073,348.

Currently, 964,407 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 5,013,367have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 95,000-mark.

With 1,040 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 95,574, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
