Lamjung reports 145 coronavirus cases so far

LAMJUNG: As many as 145 persons, including 11 women have been infected with coronavirus in Lamjung district so far.

Among them, 111 have returned home after health recovery.

Currently, 34 people including two women are undergoing treatment in isolation at various places of the district.

Meanwhile, coronavirus infection has been confirmed in two persons, including a media person, in Lamjung on Friday, the District administration Office said.

The 27-year-old media person works at a media house and is originally from local Besisahar Municipality-8.

Another person is a 39-year-old woman of Marsyangdi rural municipality-4 and had arrived in the district from India five days ago.

She had been kept in quarantine at the rural municipality and the media person has been kept in isolation at the building of the Urban Development Office at Besisahar Municipality-7.

The woman has been kept in isolation at the Lamjung District Community Hospital at Besisahar.
