Prohibitory order in Dang from Sunday midnight



DANG: A prohibitory order will be clamped in Dang from Sunday midnight to stem the spread of the coronavirus.

A meeting of the district-level Corona Crisis Management Committee held on Friday decided to impose the prohibitory order from Sunday midnight until September 6, said Govinda Prasad Rijal, Coordinator of the committee and Chief District Officer of Dang.

Public transport, markets, fairs, festivals, gatherings and processions will not be allowed in the district during the period.

Similarly, hotels, restaurants, canteens and banks and financial institutions except those allowed to collect government revenues will be closed.

It has also been decided to increase the scope of testing by coordinating with the district health office and the local level to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection during the period.
