Man living in home-quarantine tests positive for coronavirus



BUTWAL: A man living in home quarantine has tested positive for coronavirus in Butwal.

According to Kundan Kumar Singh, Public Health Officer at Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, a man living in self-isolation at his house in Butwal-13 has tested positive.

Singh informed that although the person has no obvious symptoms of transmission, he has been sent to the isolation center established at Butwal’s ANFA Academy.

The sub-metro has initiated the contact tracing of the person.

“The family members of the infected — an India returnee — are now in home quarantine and the contact tracing is going on simultaneously,” Singh added.
