Rs 1.25 billion allocated to establish Madan Bhandari University



KATHMANDU: The government has allocated Rs 1.25 billion to build the infrastructure for Madan Bhandari Technical University next year.

Presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year, Finance Yuvaraj Khatiwada said Rs 1.25 billion has been allocated to run Madan Bhandari Technical University for technical and practical education.

He said that the necessary budget has been managed for the improvement of the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology and the establishment of a nuclear laboratory.

Similarly, the budget has been allocated for the establishment of forensic laboratories in two provinces.
