YOHO Television celebrates 1st anniversary



KATHMANDU: YOHO Television, Kathmandu has completed its glorious 1st year and entered its 2nd year on Thursday. The television was established on the occasion of the Republic day and Mt. Everest Day last year.

Speaking at a program organized to mark the second anniversary of the television, Chairperson of YOHO television Angkaji Sherpa expressed his happiness at the success the television attained in its first year.

“YOHO TV has been trying to get a distinct place in the crowd of television by honestly adhering to the ethics and core principles of journalism,” Sherpa said.

Jibram Bhandari, the Chief Editor of YOHO TV said that the television was committed to nationalism, sovereignty, national integrity and core ethics of journalism.

“The television will further strive to strengthen nationality, national integrity, sovereignty and the civic rights along with abiding by the core ethics of journalism,” Bhandari said.
