Action will be taken against Baluwatar land-grab culprits: Minister Aryal

KATHMANDU: Minister for Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Padma Aryal today pledged to take action against the Baluwatar land-grab case at the earliest.

Talking to journalists at the Ministry today, Minister Aryal realized that investigation into the case has been quite long as it has been a complicated issue.

Minister Aryal claimed that the government has completed the investigation, however, adding that the court would raise questions in case of any shortcomings.

“The process has been lengthy as it took time to complete all procedures,” she said, adding, “There has to be a complete preparation”.

She also blamed the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police and the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority for the delay in the investigation on the issue.
