Gold loses luster, price down by Rs 600 per tola

KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices have witnessed a decline in the domestic market on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold decreased by Rs 600 per tola (11.664 grams) as the market opened today.

The precious yellow metal is being traded at Rs 93,300 per tola.

Likewise, tejabi gold is priced Rs 92,800 per tola, registering a fall by Rs 600 per tola.

Meanwhile, the silver price came down by Rs 10 and is being traded at Rs 1,150 per tola.
