KATHMANDU: India recorded 88,942 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 5,990,513.
Currently, 957,339 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 4,938,641have returned home after treatment.
Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 94,000-mark.
With 1,123 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 94,533, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometers.
