Over 500 active COVID-19 cases in nine districts of Nepal



KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has stated that nine out of 77 districts in Nepal has over 500 active cases.

In the regular press briefing of the Ministry of Health, Spokesperson of Dr. Jageshwor Gautam said that Parsa, Mahottari, Rautahat, Kathmandu, Morang, Bara, Sarlahi, Dhanusha and Lalitpur have more than 500 active cases.

Meanwhile, Nepal reported 1,111 fresh cases in the last 24 hours that took the tally to 35,529.
