Nepse up 5.38 points in first one hour



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) increased by 5.38 points to reach at 1,470.49 in the first one hour on Monday.

During the period, shares worth Rs 386.4 million of 167 companies were sold.

Joshi Hydropower Company went up by 10 percent to reach Rs 55 per unit of share.

Similarly, Nepal Life Insurance Company witnessed the highest transaction for Rs 54.2 million in first one hour.

A total of 11 groups were involved in the transaction.
