Real time PCR machine comes into operation in Janakpur

JANAKPURDHAM: One of two real time polymerase chain reaction machines purchased by the state 2 government has come into operation in Janakpur.

Another one will be operated from Rajbiraj in few days.

Now swab tests are expected to be expedited. Ninety six swab tests can be done at a time from the machine with capacity of doing tests three times in a day.

The machine has come into operation following the inspection by Minister for Social Development of the state Nawal Kishor Sah. Secretary of Ministry of Social Development Dr Ram Prasad Ghimire, mayor of Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City, Lal Kishor Sah and director of the Health Supply Management Centre, Dr Pramod Yadav were present on the occasion.
