CM Poudel seeks priority to technical education

BIDUR: Chief Minister of Bagmati State, Dormani Poudel on Wednesday stressed the need for revising the existing education system by incorporating 80 percent technical education curriculum.

He said this while inaugurating a newly constructed building of Bidur municipality-based Tribhuvan Trishuli Secondary School.

The school established on 22nd March 1951 had lost its building in the 2015 Gorkha earthquake.

He maintained that the country’s education system needs to focus on learning activities.

The school was reconstructed at the cost of Rs 115.3 million. The project was funded by the Asian Development Bank in coordination with the National Reconstruction Authority.
