South Korea reports 169 new coronavirus cases



SEOUL: South Korea has reported 169 new coronavirus cases today, including a U.S. soldier, international media reports have said.

Health authorities have readied plans to test more than 200,000 members of a church that was hit hardest by the outbreak.

The new cases have increased to 1,146, with the numbers expected to rise further.

The U.S. military reported its case of the coronavirus today, in a 23-year-old soldier based in Camp Carroll.
