Prez Bhandari flying to Sudurpashchim on three-day visit today

KAILALI: President Bidya Devi Bhandari is leaving for Sudurpashchim Pradesh on a three-day official visit on Wednesday.

President Bhandari will inaugurate World Nepali Literature Mahotsav in Dhangadhi on Wednesday.

The Mahotsav to be organized by Sudurpashchim Literature Society will run for a week.

According to Ram Lal Joshi, chairman of the Sudurpashchim Literature Society,  President Bhandari is scheduled to inaugurate the festival at 12 pm and inspect Shiva Drinking Water Project at 2 pm. Bhandari will go to Darchula and Baitadi on February 27.

Bhandari will inspect Malikarjun Secondary School in Darchula, visit Tripura Sundari Bhagawati and inaugurate building of technical school.

Likewise, Bhandari is scheduled to pay homage to Ugratara Temple in Dadeldhura and participate in Shuklafanta Mahotsav to be organized in Kanchanpur.
