JSP takes out torch rally against House dissolution



KATHMANDU: The student wing of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) took out a torch rally at Babarmahal on Saturday evening against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.

During the protest, participants chanted slogans such as ‘Restore the House of Representatives’, ‘Reject unconstitutional appointments’ and ‘Maintain the dignity of the presidency’.

However, the police intervened and dispersed the protestors immediately.
