278 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU and ventilator

KATHMANDU: A total of 278 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ventilator support.

A total of 228 patients are in ICU and 50 on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 13 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, five in Province 2, 81 in Bagmati Province, 72 in Gandaki Province, 44 in Lumbini Province, 10 in Karnali Province, and three in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of six in Province 1, three in Province 2, 29 in Bagmati, eight in Gandaki Province, two in Lumbini, one in Karnali, and one in Sudurpaschim Province are on ventilator support.
