Minister Gurung calls for honesty for nation



KATHMANDJU: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung has stressed on honesty for the nation.

Also spokesperson of the government, Minister Gurung opined that the honesty, dignity and firm determination results in success in the country.

Speaking in a programme organized by the Ratna-Dharma Memorial Foundation here today, he claimed that he got a chance to serve the nation because of his honesty and ethical ground.

The Minister also urged the social organizations to work for the nation maintaining honesty and goodwill.

On the occasion, Minister Gurung released books penned by D B Khadka. The launched books are Anthology of Poems entitled ‘Kalpana Ra Bedana’ and Essay Collection entitled ‘Jugdekhi Jugsamma’.

Nepali Army Major General Dr Sahadev Khadka was feted on the occasion.
