KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population has said that 285 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 84 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 28 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 10 in Province 2, 182 in Bagmati Province, 13 in Gandaki Province, 43 in Lumbini Province, four in Karnali Province, and five in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of 10 in Province 1, two in Province 2, 43 in Bagmati, one in Gandaki Province, and eight in Lumbini Province are on the ventilator support.
