CHITWAN: A man has died after being hit by a truck in the district.
The deceased has been identified as aroud 34-year-old Puran Giri of Ratnanagar municipality-14, said District Police Office, Chitwan.
Acocording to Surya Bahadur Thapa, the spokesperson for the DPO, Chitwan, the accident took place when a truck, Na 5 Kha 1363, coming to Bharatpur from Ratnanagar hit a motorcycle, Na 64 Pa 8363, at Tikauli jungle of Baratpur Metropolitan City on Friday night.
