Deuba extends Eid greetings



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has extended greetings to the members of the Muslim community at home and abroad for their happiness, peace and good health on the occasion of the holy Eid al-fitr festival.

In a message today, Deuba has said that this festival has brought religious tolerance and goodwill in our society.

Saying that Nepal and other countries in the world are suffering from COVID-19, Deuba has urged to all the members of the community to maintain physical distancing during their prayer, namaz.

He has also expressed the confidence that this festival would be successful to give a message of unity among the members of all ethnic and religious communities.
