KATHMANDU: As part of its corporate responsibility, Hamro Patro, Ncell and Nepal Medical Association (NMA) have decided to provide ‘Call to Doctor Service’ to all people willing to ensure their safety against coronavirus (COVID-19).

The video call service in which the patients can talk with the doctor and get information about their health status is provided by Hamro Patro and Ncell in collaboration with Nepal Medical Association.

Hamro patro has also launched a campaign ‘COVID-19, Awareness Nepal’.

This move has been aimed at providing service to the people of the country through video call.

The Nepali Patro says a person can switch on the “Call the Doctor” button and hold direct conversation with the doctor and clarify any suspicions on the illness or infection.

Hamro Patro believes that this will help and support the concerned people at a time when the entire country is reeling under difficult times owing to coronavirus fear.

Founder Chairperson of Hamro Patro, Shanker Raj Upreti suggested people to take utmost advantage of this application by directly talking to doctors in case a person needs to clarify any suspicions on the COVID-19.

“We are gratified with the support and cooperation of Dr Lochan Karki and Dr Badri Rijal,” Upreti said.

He also expressed the gratitude to Ncell for its support.
