KATHMANDU: The State government has increased optimism over federalism, claimed Chief Minister (CM) of State 1 Sherdhan Rai.

Forces working against federalism have been neutralized due to the early optimism generated by the state government over federalism in the country.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the two-day Temkemaiyung Mundhum Touristic Cultural Festival 2020 today in Annapurna of Bhojpur district, CM Rai said his government would generate more visible achievements in the upcoming years of his tenure.

”Prosperity in the state is possible and only possible through us”, CM told cheering crowds of his constituency.

”Before the existence of local and state governments, people had to go to Kathmandu just for a budget of Rs. 20,000”, CM Rai added, ”These days, the state government is capable to allocate more than one billion rupees for projects at the doorsteps of people.”
