KATHMANDU: Popular actress Aanchal Sharma has been engaged with her long-cherished boyfriend Udip Shrestha.
The couple, who were in love for the last one year, have exchanged a ring with each other amid an engagement ceremony held recently.
The ceremony participated by their family members was held at the Memorial Banquet in Chuchepati in the capital.
According to sources, the lovebirds are tying the knot on March 12.
Aanchal, who made her debut in the Nepali cine film with ‘Nai Nabhannu La 4’, was often rumored to be in love affairs with Kollywood model and actor Paul Shah.
However, they had never accepted that the rumor was true.
Anchal has recently acted in a Nepali movie ‘Jhinge Dau’ which is yet to be released.
