BHOJPUR: A person died when he was hit by a Bolero jeep in Bhojpur Municipality-5 on Friday.
According to the District Police Office, Bhojpur, driver of the jeep, Prem Kumar Tamang, 38, was killed when he was overrun by the Bolero Jeep – Me 1 Ja 2988 at around 6:30 this morning.
Police said Tamang, also the jeep owner, was killed when the jeep moved backwards and overran him while he was repairing the vehicle as it did not start.
Tamang died on the spot.
